How much is shipping?
We offer free delivery on all orders over €500 (excl. VAT).
If your order is under €500, the shipping cost is €12 (excl. VAT).

What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to the following EU countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Poland, Hungary, and Italy.
We can also ship to other European countries. Please contact us for a quote.

When will I receive my order?
Any order will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
Depending on the delivery location, the shipping time will be 5-7 working days.
We offer the following delivery methods: GLS and DHL.
All orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday between 09:00 am and 18:00 pm.

How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking SMS/email from us or from the shipping company, which you can use to track your order. Please check the tracking information if you want to know when your order will be delivered.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If the supply of the product(s) is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. We will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any product(s) you have paid for but not received.
In the case of the non-availability of goods, any payment will be refunded without delay.

What payment methods do you accept?

SemaPack accepts the following payment methods: debit and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), PayPal, and bank transfer. For these purposes, payment data may be transmitted to payment service providers with whom we cooperate.

 PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD

If you choose to pay by card, the order can only be processed once the payment has been authorized by the bank or credit card company. Online payments by credit card are made using the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) security system. This system encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the Internet. 

 PAYMENT VIA PayPal

PayPal is a payment method that enables customers worldwide to pay using their PayPal account. To pay using PayPal, customers are redirected from our website to PayPal for secure payment processing.

 PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER

After placing your order, you will receive our bank details via email. Please transfer the total amount to our account. Once we have received the payment, your order will be processed.

Do you accept returns?

The right of withdrawal only applies to individual customers. However we offer this service to our B2B costumers as well.

In case of return, the goods must be complete, unopened and in the original packaging. Because our products come into contact with food, we cannot guarantee the hygiene of opened packaging. Therefore we can not accept products that were opened.

You have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 ( OUG 34/2014)  to change your mind and cancel this contract within a period of 14 days after delivery of the product(s) without giving any reasons.

To exercise your right of cancellation referred to in clause 11, you must inform us SemaPack.com by e-mail to contact@semapack.com to cancel your contract.

Notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation must be sent to us before the end of the 14 day cancellation period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than :

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

How do I return an item?

You have the right to change your mind and return an item within a period of 14 days after delivery of the product(s) without giving any reasons.

Who pays for returns?

SemaPack does not cover the cost of return shipping for returned orders.

The costs to return the order to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

We work with GLS and DHL but you may also return the package via another courier service.

How and when will I be refunded?

Once your returns have been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.
